1. Will all employees be able to consult the purchased tool?

A licence is required most of the time. For more information, contact our Customer Service.

2. Is it possible to reproduce or reuse a tool in electronic format?

Reference guides, model files, application models and model financial statements purchased in electronic format are sold with an individual user license entitling the buyer to save them on five different media. 

Corporate licences must be purchased for sharing between colleagues. 

Programs and checklists purchased in electronic format may be reproduced without restriction, for internal use by the corporation.


3. Is it possible to reproduce or reuse a tool in paper format?

Tools purchased in paper format may not be reproduced, modified or printed without authorization, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or any other method, including the broadcasting on a private or public computer network). 

4. May I purchase a tool using my Corporate passport?

Yes, most tools may be purchased using a Corporate passport.

5. May I get a refund for a tool purchased in paper format?

Yes, if the tool is returned to the Order in its original packaging.

6. May I get a refund for a tool purchased in electronic format?

No, no refund will be granted once a tool in electronic format has been purchased and delivered to you.

7. I have purchased a tool. Should I expect to receive it quickly?

Tools in electronic format authored by the Order will get to you within 24 to 48 business hours.

Tools in paper format authored by the Order will get to you within an average of 10 days.

Any other tools in paper format, from CPA Canada for example, will get to you within 3 to 4 weeks.

Online access to CPA Canada tools will get to you within an average of 24 to 48 business hours.
