Mandatory disclosures of specified transactions to be determined by Revenu Québec: stay tuned!

In the wake of the Ministère des Finances’ and Revenu Québec’s joint efforts to combat aggressive tax planning, mandatory disclosure has been extended to certain transactions or series of transactions to be determined by the Minister of Revenue. In the coming weeks, the list of initial transactions determined will be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec. Your clients or organization may be affected by these new obligations.
