Medical expense claims – Greater recognition
of psychotherapists
The tax legislation will be amended to broaden
the recognition as practitioners to all
persons duly authorized to exercise the
profession of psychotherapist, particularly
for the application of the tax credit for
medical expenses. This measure is retroactive
to 2012.
