Avoid being listed in the register of enterprises ineligible for public contracts (RENA)

Companies that engage in abusive tax avoidance and the promoters of the transactions in question will now be listed in the RENA. By filing a late preventive disclosure, however, they may avoid penalties and being listed in the register.

TECQ 2014-2018: Amended auditor’s assurance report model

The model report on compliance with agreements and statutes that apply to reports dated on or after April 1, 2019 has been amended to reflect standard CSAE 3530 for TECQ 2014-2018. The deadline for completing priority work has been postponed to December 31, 2019.
