In keeping with good IT security practices, new password-setting standards have been implementing on our website. Starting on December 11, all users whose passwords do not meet these standards will be asked to change them once logged into their file.

If you have forgotten your password, or if there is no password in your file, please provide the requested information. Your password will be emailed to you.

If you do not have an email address entered in your file, please call us at 514 288.3256, or toll free at 1 800 363.4688. We will assign a temporary password to your file and tell you what it is over the phone.

Please provide the following information:
The last name is required.
The member/client number is required.
