For tax fairness, against erosion of the Stabilization Reserve Fund

Consultation on Rule 216 of the Canadian Harmonized Rules of Professional Conduct

Like the Canadian Harmonized Rules of Professional Conduct, Quebec’s Code of ethics of CPAs prohibits CPAs from offering or accepting a commission for obtaining a client referral or for referring the products or services of a third party to a client, unless the referral is between CPA firms.
