the board’s meeting following the
September 7 Annual General
Meeting. The composition of the
Executive committee was also decided
then. Ms. Houle succeeds
André Dugal, FCPA, FCA,
who served the profession with dedication,
passion and determination over the
last 2 years.
Nathalie Houle is heading up a seasoned
team of directors who devote their
leadership and talent to an evolving
profession.

Annual General Meeting: forward-looking
overview
Relevance, transformation, influence and
agility were front and centre during the
profession’s annual gathering. On the agenda:
an overview of the Order’s significant achievements
and financial position, the highlights of
the consultation on annual dues, the approval
of the compensation of the Chair, Vice-Chair
and elected directors, as well as the current
reflection on directors’ qualifications
for future elections to the board.

to follow the meeting live online and ask
