Register of individuals with significant
control: Get ready for June 2019
This new register, which is intended to
increase transparency over who owns and
controls a corporation, will come into effect
on June 13 of this year. Make sure you know
all the details in order to better advise
your clients or employer and help them comply
with this new requirement under the
Canada Business Corporations Act.
