Do your clients have securities transactions to report?

If your clients have carried out securities transactions on capital markets (for example the sale of shares, bonds or mutual funds), these transactions must be indicated on their tax return. Note that this is not a new requirement but one that applies to all taxation years. Accordingly, to help your clients meet their tax obligations, don’t forget to ask them if they have securities transactions to report. Consult the Revenu Québec website for more details
