The Order’s technical working group on assurance has revised sample reports which CPAs can use, as is or as a starting point, in the Ministère de l'Économie, de l'Innovation et des Exportations project “PerforME - Stratégie d'accélération des projets d'entreprises performantes“.
The working group reminds CPAs that they are associated with the financial information indicated on the form. In accordance with professional standards, they must therefore provide a report describing the nature and extent of their involvement with the information. In addition, the signature required on the form should be cross-referenced with this report, since a signature alone will not suffice.
