Request for proposals – Audit of financial statements for the Order and the CPA Foundation

The Quebec CPA Order is looking for an independent auditor for its March 31, 2023 financial statements, as well as those of the Fonds d’assurance de la responsabilité professionnelle des CPA du Québec (the professional liability insurance fund for Quebec CPAs), the Régime de retraite du personnel de l’Ordre (our employee pension plan) and the CPA Foundation. As part of a sound governance process, the Order will choose a single auditor for all four five-year mandates, which are renewable on an annual basis in September at the Order’s Annual General Meeting.

Proponents have until 3:00 p.m. on December 17 to submit their inquiries, in keeping with the terms and conditions of this request for proposals, to:

Submission deadline
The submission deadline is January 5, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. The proposal analysis process and meetings, if applicable, will take place in January 2022.
