The Order and CPA Canada before the Supreme Court
On March 27, 2017, the Order and CPA Canada will appear before the Supreme Court as part of an appeal of a decision by the Court of Appeal of Quebec, which concluded that the exceptions in professional laws (in this case, the Act respecting the Barreau du Québec) that reserve the practice of some professional activities should be broadly interpreted.
