A survey conducted by Léger and the Order reveals that Quebecers struggle to apply certain basic financial concepts that they claim to fully understand. In November – Financial Literacy Month – Quebecers are being asked to take control of their finances.
As part of Financial Literacy Month, over 100 free activities will be offered across the province in collaboration with the Quebec Public Library Association (Association des bibliothèques publiques du Québec).
Over 60 volunteer CPAs will share their knowledge on a range of topics, from healthy financial management habits and fraud prevention to teaching kids about money. Take advantage of the wide range of sessions to deepen your knowledge. After all, your personal finances stand only to gain from more informed decisions!
