Annual financial reports (AFRs) for organizations subsidized by the Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ)

The Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ) has gradually developed and implemented a new platform to prepare and submit the annual financial report (AFR) for organizations: the Plateforme Web Collecte des états financiers (CEF).
The following organizations are now required to file their AFR with CEF:
- those that operate projects under AccèsLogis Québec (ACL), Logement abordable Québec (LAQ) or Achat-rénovation (AR);
- those that operate public and private low-rental housing projects.
Note that for the 2020 fiscal year, organizations have until May 31, 2021 to preparer their AFR using the Plateforme Web CEF.
