MAMH’s FEPTEU 2 and BCFQ infrastructure programs – Revised instructions for auditors

We invite you to read the revised instructions for auditors on the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation (MAMH) website for the following infrastructure programs (in French only):
- Clean water and wastewater treatment fund – Component 2 – Water infrastructure (FEPTEU 2)
- Building Canada Fund – Quebec (BCFQ) – Large Urban Centres and Major Projects components
Under these programs, the MAMH performs an exhaustive pre-audit of the costs claimed before the independent auditor can proceed with the audit engagement. The purpose of the revised instructions is to define the sequence of activities and divide responsibilities between the MAMH and the independent auditor.
