Important notice – Auditor’s questionnaire for entities operating under agreements with the Société d’habitation du Québec (SHQ)

The SHQ sent an important notice to entities that use the 2017 multiprogram model for the 2017 financial report. The notice indicates that an error was made in the auditor’s questionnaire during the update of the model. As a result, auditors are asked to answer certain questions that were removed during a previous revision of the questionnaire. For these questions, which are specifically identified in the SHQ notice sent to the entities concerned, auditors should answer “AN” (i.e. that they cannot provide an opinion) to prevent a file export failure.
