Tragic deaths of CPAs Martin Glazer and Peter McSheffrey

We are very sorry to learn that CPAs Martin Glazer and Peter McSheffrey of Gatineau-based firm Samson & Associates CPA Consulting Inc. have died. Both men, who were in Kabul to perform audits for the Canadian International Development Agency, were killed on Friday as a result of an attack. Like many of their fellow CPAs, they made an extremely generous gesture by agreeing to go on a mission abroad. We are even more saddened by the awful circumstances in which the lives of these two committed members of our profession ended.
