The CPA Foundation is mindful of the diversity issues facing Quebec society and adheres to the principles of equity and inclusion.

As an LGBTQ+ community advocate and a candidate for the CPA profession, Colin Creado believes in the importance of encouraging inclusion in workplaces.

He takes it upon himself to promote diversity and its benefits through various efforts, such as giving talks and posting articles on the Internet. By giving the LGBTQ+ and other communities a voice, his efforts educate and raise awareness among employers and employees about the issues that are important to them.

Colin received a scholarship on the basis of an innovative project that not only meets our society’s needs, but also reflects the openness and inclusiveness of our profession.
