The Order and the Commission des normes du travail enter into a partnership agreement

The Order and the Commission des normes du travail (Commission) are collaborating to maximize the dissemination of information about labour standards to CPAs and candidates. This agreement includes providing information about labour standards through the Order’s various online tools. The Commission will also offer a training session on the Act respecting labour standards in a number of cities as part of the Order’s professional development programs. This is a logical collaboration since the Order's primary mission is to protect the public and the Commission’s is to promote fairness and equity between employers and employees. The joint efforts of the Order and the Commission will create awareness of labour standards legislation and promote better practices in the area of employment.
The Order invites young professionals to download the Commission’s maPaye application, a very practical tool to have during tax season or at month-ends for keeping a report on overtime hours.
