Executive committee
Under the Professional Code, when a board consists of 12 or more directors, an executive committee shall be formed. The Executive committee sees to the day-to-day administration of the Order’s affairs and may exercise all the powers delegated to it by the Board of directors.
However, under the Professional Code, some powers cannot be delegated by the Board of directors.
