AFFQ and AFEQ event for women entrepreneurs and experts from the business and financial community
On March 13, 2013, attend the event “Faites vos jeux…!” in Quebec City, organized by the Association des femmes en finances du Québec (AFFQ) and the Association des femmes entrepreneures de Québec (AFEQ) in partnership with the Order. Johanne Boivin, a radio host on 102.9 FM, and Lise Lapierre, CPA, CA, ASC, will discuss the various situations women entrepreneurs face, the options available to them and some pitfalls to avoid.

On January 1, 2013, The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (CICA) and The Society of Management Accountants of Canada (CMA Canada) announced the creation of CPA Canada. A 16-member Board of Directors for the new organization has been established.
