Ad campaigns

Since its creation in 2012, the Quebec CPA Order has conducted ad campaigns to raise awareness of the CPA designation, position the accounting profession as a career of choice for young people, and demonstrate the added value of working with a chartered professional accountant in the business world.

These are our most recent campaigns for future CPAs:

Life in an accounting firm might just add up for you (2025)
CPA, might just add up for you (2025)

Life in an accounting firm might just add up for you | Fall 2025

On September 29, we launched an advertising campaign to promote the CPA profession in accounting firms to the next generation.

Due to the fact that the labour shortage is still clearly affecting these workplaces, we felt it was important to do everything we can to highlight their advantages. After the first edition in 2023, we are now relaunching this initiative with 27 firms.

Gen Z is attracted to corporate life. Our goal? Promote careers at accounting firms, which offer enriching work environments that foster professional and personal growth.

This campaign draws on the tone and visual design of the most recent campaign aimed at young people to encourage CPA hopefuls to find the CPA firm that matches their ambitions and personality.

The campaign can be seen this fall on campuses, the Internet and social media and will definitely inspire future CPAs to consider this option when thinking about their careers.

CPA, Might just add up for you | Winter 2025

Was there a moment where it all “clicked” for CPAs and they realized what they wanted to do with their lives? Are there personality traits that are common to CPAs? These are the questions that guided the process of creating our new advertising campaign for future CPAs, which was executed in collaboration with the creative communications agency Cartier

This campaign, which targets generation Z, depicts some potentially unexpected situations for this audience in an effort to reach its goal: show them that they already have the perfect profile and the skills they need to become CPAs.

Launched on January 27, the campaign can be viewed in various formats, such as on social media and on-demand video platforms, in mobile games, on YouTube, at movie theatres and gyms, and on campuses.

In addition, a micromag, i.e. a digital magazine specially conceived to be read on cell phones, has been created in collaboration with Urbania.

It provides young viewers with a wealth of useful information, along with quizzes and videos, such as those featuring entrepreneur and host Marina Bastarache, Quebec rapper FouKi and their CPAs.
